Prime Minister David Cameron and his deputy Nick Clegg are both making speeches on how the UK elects its MPs - from opposite sides of the debate.
They are setting out their arguments as the 5 May referendum campaign gets going in earnest. The PM will argue that the existing first-past-the-post system for electing MPs provides "real accountability".
However, his deputy said it "ignores millions of people" and the Alternative Vote would mean "fairer votes".
